From archives dating back to the rubber boom, emerge the figures of Omarino and Aredomi, two native Peruvian boys forcibly taken to Europe. Like spectres, they come back to life as the filmmaker recalls their sad lives, contemplating yellowed photos from that era. A cinematic ritual reminiscent of the work of Renais and Marker (Les statues meurent aussi). Incantatory, the film establishes a tenuous line of dialogue between the dead and the living.
