Tommylee Dauphinais Howard is a young artist whose Jamaican and Innu First Nation roots from Mashteuiatsh, in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, have profoundly shaped his creative journey over the past several years.

Today, under the banner of Nikamo Production, Tommylee Dauphinais Howard is returning to his roots while exploring a contemporary fusion of Québécois reggae, folk, indie pop, and rock. Through this alternative musical identity, he continues to carve out a distinctive artistic path. His recent singles, La raison m’échappe and No Fear, reflect this ongoing exploration. Currently, he is pushing the boundaries of his creativity as he passionately works on his upcoming album, a project that has been in development for the past two years.

Throughout this creative process, TDH has come to appreciate the power of words, the stories of his ancestors, and the impact that music can have on people. His upcoming work will tackle more sensitive subjects, primarily in French. Along the way, he has collaborated with artists such as Mia Kelly, ENOMiS, QuietMike, Otto, Samian, Elie Paquet, Ramon Chicharron, Fovelle, and many other established and emerging musicians. These collaborations have allowed him to grow alongside artists who believed in his talent and shared their own unique creative visions.

An energetic and gifted performer, Tommylee Dauphinais Howard finds true freedom of expression through his music, using it as a vehicle to share messages of wisdom and hope.
