Inuit sculptors on site
Montreal Inuit artists creating unique works on the spot: they are Tommy Kingwatsiak, Tommy Partridge, Mattiusie Qamugaaluk andJohnny Quort . A “tupiq”, the traditional tundra dwelling, will mark their presence at Place des Festivals where they will share the treasures of Inuit art with the public.
With the support of the Société de développement social de Ville-Marie (SDSVM), in partnership with Makivik Corporation, AVATAQ Cultural Institute, the Saint-Michael Mission , the Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles and Terres en vues/ Land InSights.
