A ritual and professional theatre act inspired by traditional Aboriginal storytelling resurfaces in the heart of Montreal in which two great heroes, two enemy twins who preside over their monumental confrontation with the creation of the world.
A contemporary Indigenous liturgy where the young Anishinabe artist Ziibiwan Rivers brings rhythm to the dramatic course of Ioskeha and Tawiscara until their final confrontation.
Concept by André Dudemaine, set design by Michel Marsolais (who also designed the set at Place du Makusham), guided and inspired by Christine Sioui-Wawanoloath, and directed by Pierre-Paul Savoie.
