Synopsis

Exploring issues of identity, sexuality and culture (and 500 years of oppression) with humour and grace, Alberta follows his friends through the ups and downs of life. Known for his playful and creative style, Alberta is not afraid to turn the camera on himself. Screening in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of this fiercely original and independent filmmaker’s work, life, and untimely death. We thank the NFB for the loan.
