Masterclass: Write a TV series

Masterclass with Sonia Bonspille-Boileau : Write a TV series .

Sonia Bonspille Boileau wrote and directed a six-episode television drama series about the incarceration of two Anishinabek children in a boarding school run by the Oblates. Pour toi, Flora is available online at tout.tv.

How did she find the right balance between the historical truth of a very recent tragic period in Aboriginal history, whose traumas are still painfully felt, and the demands of television production, which imposes its own codes and requirements?
