Synopsis

Too many Indigenous women have disappeared or have been murdered. Their bodies rarely found. After the discovery of a teenage girl’s body in the Red River that flows through Winnipeg, volunteers created a flotilla called "Drag The Red" (DTR) searching for missing friends and family.
